Charges & "Hidden Costs"

• 25% Deposit on Vacation Stay(non refundable)

• Difficult Dog Charge: If the dog is too reactive for another dog to be taken I may charge an additional 50%-100% as I will have to turn away other customers​. During Holidays this won't be possible at all.

• Social Anxiety: If your dog cannot be left alone for even 15 minutes without howling the house down an additional charge may be applied as I need to find cover when I need to leave them alone. €20/3 days
  (This is a very simple fix, if you want to change that ask me)

• Holiday Charge: 50%-100% Extra

  • "High Holidays"​​​ such as Christmas will be x2, more general holidays will more usually be x1.5.
    (August/December  are classed as a "holiday" due to the high number of bookings)

• Late Payment: 10% Charge

• Additional Dog: 

  • Dog Walk €10​

  • Day Care €15

  • Vacaction Care €20

• Last Minute Booking: 10%-30%

• Delivery/Pickup: €10 (n/a walks)

• Food: €5/day

  • Generally speaking I would ask you to bring their own food with you it is not good to change food on a dog and can lead to tummy distress. However if you are adamant or your food runs out then I will charge as above​

  • Exception - Purchase of food: If you are unable to drop off their food I can purchase their food (please consult with me first) and then I will charge you at cost for this.

• Boarding dogs - Pee/Poop Charge: €2.50

  • First time free - This surcharge allows for carpet cleaning if peed on too much.

• Over Booked - In the event of an unavoidable need for a booked dog I can take one in over my normal limit with a 25% surcharge. This is only available to regulars

• Easy Dog Discount - If your dog is super easy and relaxed, requires no training I will discount the service by 5-10% (this will be applied after the stay).
